+[02] WHEN ARE MY MEMBERSHIP DUES DUE?
+     Membership dues reminders are sent to your SDF email address on the
+     first of every month or the month of your membership anniversary.
+     Dues notices will be sent out on the 1st of each month regardless of
+     what day of the month you have joined the membership.  Please note that
+     when you join a membership, you are usually given a grace period of a few
+     days to a couple week in order to sync your account with the 1st of the
+     month due date.  If your dues are not received by the 15th of the month,
+     your membership will become past due.  You will then have 5 days to pay
+     your deliquent dues.  If your dues are not received by the 20th of the
+     month, the membership will be removed.  If you decide you wish to continue
+     your membership after it has been removed, you must pay your deliquent
+     dues or wait 3 months before joining the membership again.  Please note it
+     is extremely bad form to wait until the end of the PAST DUE period to let
+     us know you are cancelling your membership.  You will still owe for that
